Children’s Columbia Exposition Entry Ticket

A Children’s Special Ticket for entry to the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago, USA. This one is virtually as issued with a little discolouration but is poorly trimmed with a wide top border and a narrow bottom border.

As an interesting aside this ticket was found in an envelope that was hidden in a copy Krause’s World Banknote Catalogue that we bought second hand from a book clearance sale. The envelope fell out of the book when we got it home and were looking through it. The envelope contained about a dozen banknotes and another Exposition ticket.
