Irregular pentagonal cardboard badge measuring 35mm wide by 39mm high. Badge depicts a RAN Sailor in blue, AIF Soldier in gold, and a RAAF Airman in blue marching right in a circle of blue and gold. All of this is within a gold shield with what appears to be sprigs of wattle and banksia. At the bottom of the shield in blue are the words ANZAC APPEAL on a gold banner.
