A large rabbit ear cud
An example of the famous rabbit ear cud found behind the ear of the top kangaroo. This variety is found on numerous years of this coin design (1984, 1985, 1994, 1998, 2000, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2015 and 2016). It is caused by a die break, the hole in the die leaving a raised cud on the coin.
