Great Britain 1999 two pence (KM#987) struck on a wrong planchet. This copper plated steel magnetic planchet is underweight at 3.19g (a regular 2p should weigh 7.12g).
It’s probable this coin was struck on a planchet intended for a Gambia 5 bututs which fits the coin specifications and was also struck at the British Royal Mint.
