Unofficial World War 1 British Army ID disc made from Egyptian 1917 (AH 1334) 10 piastres (KM#319). Obverse has been skimmed. Has broken mounts on each side, probably for threading of a leather strap to allow this item to be worn on a wrist. The following inscription has been applied with ‘wiggle-work’:
