This broadstrike error has enough of the legends missing to term it off-centre. An error is called an off-centre when design elements disapear, this error 5 millimeters or 10% off-center.

A straight partial collar where the planchet was not engaged all the way in the press when the coin was struck. This has resulted in a lip around the entire edge with missing milling so in fact the coin has a wider diameter on the reverse. This coin found only in proof sets.
