Great Britain 1970 Half Crown Straight Partial Collar Error NGC PF66

A straight partial collar where the planchet was not engaged all the way in the press when the coin was struck. This has resulted in a lip around the entire edge with missing milling so in fact the coin has a wider diameter on the reverse. This coin found only in proof sets.
